I taught a new version of my online messages presentation. The slides show ten or so emails or landing pages and we talk about what works and why.
Many of the errors we saw in fundraising messages result from not treating subscribers and donors as people. We arrived at an intriguing overarching question: why not make your organization's emails more like the emails you send to your friends and colleagues?
